From 1 September 2018, the GP Care Group will provide the School Health and Wellbeing Service for the Tower Hamlets population.

The service will offer essential specialist nursing care, advice and support to school-age children and young people. With the Care Group already running the health visiting service, the award of the school health contract offers an exciting opportunity to grow and fully integrate 0-19 service provision in Tower Hamlets, cementing our aims of better joint working and improving outcomes for local children and young people.
